No, there is no advertising cost to have your business display ad inserted on the portal for your one year free trial. There is also no setup or design fee. All you pay is your cost to host the site ... $14.95 a month (paid annually) and $12.00 a year for your select domain name (dot com name).2/ Who administers the hosting setup and the domain registration setup?
We are responsible to administer all portal hosting activation through our service providers to keep the site live on the net. We will also administer the registration of your selected domain name or you can select from one of our names.3/ Can you link my ad at to my primary business web site and is there a cost?
Sure! We can link your business ad to your primary business web site, and you will NOT be charged!

10/ What is the cost to insert a property photo and description on the portal?
We don't charge you for the ad space, however we must charge you a flat rate set-up fee of $35 for each image / that includes the description of property that we post on the Portal on your behalf. We can add more space for you at no charge, however all additional inserts into that new space will also be subject a $35 insert fee. Your property listings may be linked to your MLS listing at or to your web site at no added charge.
