(subject only to paying the cost of your own hosting & domain name)1/ I understand that I will receive a custom developed business web site portal for a one year free trial with a display ad placement (264 x 420 in size) as seen on the sample portal at www.YourNewsPortal.com, or I may select the other template sample design shown at www.YongeEglintonPortal.com.
2/ I understand that I will have first rights "annual renewal privileges" but with "no renewal obligations" of any kind.
3/ I may select from the community portals registered by the company or select my own community portal with my own selected domain name ie; www.YongeEglintonPortal.com.
4/ I understand that I may terminate my portal at anytime without penalty or refund at my sole discretion with 24 hours written notice by postal service or via email.
5/ I may, at my choice, have my display ad linked to either my: email address or web site at no charge.
6/ I understand that there will be no development cost for my free one trial period and that I will only be required to pay the following;
1/ $14.95 a month hosting x 12 months
2/ The annual cost of my exclusive domain name

7/ I hereby give permission to the company of Stove Alert (as administrator of the site) to upload my logo for insert on the portal.8/ I understand that Stove Alert has agreed to set-up and design my business ad on my portal at no cost.
9/ I understand and agree that I will be charged a flat rate fee of $35 for each real estate property listing inserted on the home page of the portal which will include link to my primary web site or directly to the MLS listing ... at my choice.
10/ I understand that I may charge businesses to advertise on my portal and agree that I will be charged a flat rate fee of $35 for the insert/design of each business that advertises.
11/ I understand that all my advertisers and I will will also receive a free logo ad placement at StoveAlert.com for one full year ... with no insert fee.
